- Developed and sold 11,996 sq. ft. in Phase I of The Shoppes at Azalea in Summerville SC
- Developed and sold 6,480 sq. ft. in Phase II of The Shoppes at Azalea in Summerville SC
- Redeveloped 6,300 of retail space on Augusta Road adjacent to Augusta at Cureton
- Acquired and repositioned 40 Market St, Charleston SC; entitled the property for two 50-room hotels and sold the property
- Acquired 675 Biltmore Ave, Asheville NC, a 10,000 sq. ft. medical office building on 1.5 acres
- Acquired and developing Global Commerce Park, a 67-acre industrial park at the intersection of I-85 and Brockman McClimon Road which is adjacent to BMW Manufacturing and will accommodate five Class A buildings totaling ±800,000 sq. ft.
- Developing Global Commerce Building I, a ±165,000 sq. ft. industrial warehouse
- Acquired the historic Augusta Road Fire Station, a 7,500 sq. ft. building to be renovated and leased after the new fire station is built
- Developed and leased a 26,240 sq. ft. office and flex building on 2 acres at 96 Brookfield Oaks Dr. in Greenville, SC
- Developer for Southern First bank’s new ±107,000 sq. ft. headquarters in Greenville, SC

- Developed River Walk, a 450-lot master-planned residential community
- Developed Caledon Woods, a mixed-use project containing 350 apartments
- Acquired / rehabbed Le Chateau Apartments, 136 units
- Acquired and sold the Cove at Butler Springs, including 80 lots and remaining inventory of homes
- Acquired and sold remaining inventory of homes at River Wood Farms
- Acquired and completed The Reserve at Plantation Greene; 13 townhouses and 24 lots
- Acquired and completed The Townes at Brookwood; 6 townhouses and 89 lots
- Acquired, developed, constructed, and selling phase II of The Townes at Brookwood, 90 townhouses
- Acquired and sold Five Forks Plantation; 112 single family lots
- Developed and sold the Reserve at Asheton Lakes, a 38-unit townhome community
