  • Developing Global Commerce Building I, a ±165,000 sq. ft. industrial warehouse
  • Acquired the historic Augusta Road Fire Station, a 7,500 sq. ft. building to be renovated and leased after the new fire station is built
  • Developed and leased a 26,240 sq. ft. office and flex building on 2 acres at 96 Brookfield Oaks Dr. in Greenville, SC
