Anthony Kent attended Clemson University and earned his B.S. degree in Accounting (1997) and his M.B.A in Finance (2002). Anthony began his career with Cothran Properties in 1997 as a Property Accountant managing the financial reporting of over 15 partnerships. In 2000, Anthony was promoted to Senior Property Manager and responsible for more than a half million square feet of commercial, retail, and Class A office properties. After earning his RPA (Real Property Administrator) designation in 2002, Anthony was charged with developing several multi-million dollar commercial renovation and leasing projects.
Since 2010, Anthony has been instrumental in the development of Cothran Homes, Greenville, South Carolina’s premier gated luxury townhome builder and currently serves as the President of Cothran Homes.
- Real Property Administrator (RPA) certified, which requires a minimum of three years of qualifying, documented experience in property management at a property 50,000 square feet (4,600 m2) or larger.
