Kade graduated from Kansas State University in May 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering, with a focus on production systems and the analysis and improvement of productivity. He began working at Cothran Properties in August 2016.

As Cothran Properties’ Systems Analyst, Kade oversees the documentation and analysis of workflow processes and software systems. By utilizing concepts of manufacturing processes, operations research, and engineering management, he develops systems to facilitate analysis and decision-making in pursuit of business objectives.
