Eric is the Asset Manager at Cothran Properties. He graduated from the University of South Carolina Upstate with a bachelors in finance and economics. He has been with the company since 2013. Prior to working at Cothran Properties, Eric did underground work for Raby Construction and concrete work for McGee Brothers.
