Cothran Properties current commercial activities are primarily focused in industrial development. Since 2012, we have developed, constructed, and sold residential communities under the brand of “Cothran Homes”. Cothran Homes is currently active in two townhome communities and two single family communities. We also have developed two subdivisions for third-party builders.
