Cothran Properties identifies land for its various partnerships which is then acquired and developed in a single purpose entity.
ASSET MANAGEMENT
Cothran Properties acts and/or advises from the owners and or investors point of view, negotiating leases, tenant improvements, financing, dispositions, and other related services.
INVESTOR RELATIONS
Cothran Properties consults our partner investors at the onset of every project, keeping them up-to-date on the most relevant real estate trends and market values. Our services are also available to non-clients and can include strategic analysis of your property’s potential.
INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES
Cothran Properties creates and sponsors single asset limited liability companies (LLCs) whose members are comprised of accredited investors, family offices and/or institutional investors. The LLCs then invest in a specific commercial and/or residential project.

Cothran Properties offer a variety of consulting services for commercial and residential projects.
