Thomas Huyck joined Cothran Homes in 2017 as the Director of Residential Construction. He brings with him over 30 years of residential construction experience, including working with one of the nation’s largest homebuilders for over 18 years in South Carolina and Florida.

Thomas manages all of Cothran Homes single-family and multi-family construction in addition to the purchasing, estimating, and warranty service departments. He also oversees some aspects of the residential land development projects. Thomas strives to lead his team with integrity and open communication while maintaining quality standards to ensure budgets and deadlines are met and customers are satisfied.
