- Developer for Southern First bank’s new ±107,000 RSF headquarters in Greenville, SC
- Developed Global Commerce Park, a 67-acre industrial park
- Developed and sold Global Commerce Building I, a ±165,000 RSF. industrial warehouse
- Developed Global Commerce Building II, a ±82,000 RSF industrial warehouse
- Developed Global Commerce Building I, a ±146,600 RSF industrial warehouse
- Developed 35,000 RSF shopping center on Augusta Street in Greenville SC featuring the historic
- Augusta Road Fire Station, Starbucks, Southern First Bank, Cava and Sherwin Williams
- Developed a 26,240 sq. ft. office and flex building at 96 Brookfield Oaks Dr. in Greenville, SC
- Developed and sold 18,476 RSF in Phase I and II of The Shoppes at Azalea in Summerville SC
- 40 Market St, Charleston SC; entitled the property for two 50-room hotels and sold the property

- Developed Holly Ridge, a 212-lot residential subdivision which consists of townhomes and single-family homes
- The Retreat, a 44-lot single-family lot residential subdivision
- Developed Parklynn Hills, a 90-lot single-family residential subdivision
- Townes at Eastside, a 73 unit townhome community
- Jones Mill Crossing, a 136-lot residential subdivision to a third-party builder
- Developed and sold Victoria Park, an 82-lot residential subdivision to a third-party builder
