Jeremy Frederick is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has been with Cothran Properties since 2017. He graduated from Bob Jones University in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and subsequently spent three years in public accounting working for Cherry Bekaert LLP as an external auditor.

At Cothran Properties, Jeremy oversees the financial reporting and bookkeeping aspects of the business. He performs the month-end close process, maintains the general ledger accounts for 20+ limited liability companies, and provides financial reporting for each division of the company. He is also responsible for CAM reconciliations, letters of credit, and a number of other accounting related matters.
