Eli is a Financial Analyst at Cothran Properties, supporting the firm’s residential and commercial development operations. He graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting.

In his role, Eli is responsible for financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, and project-level performance reporting across development entities. He works closely with ownership and senior leadership to analyze project economics, monitor key metrics, and improve financial visibility to support strategic planning and informed decision-making.

Eli lives in the Upstate and enjoys golf, fitness, and following Clemson athletics.
