Logging and clearing at Holly Ridge began early June 2019. Cothran Properties is overseeing the development of this residential townhouse and single family community.
The Holly Ridge community is planned to have 97 single family homes and 130 townhomes. Construction on the homes is expected to start in the 4th quarter of 2019.
