The Holly Ridge community is planned to have 97 single family homes and 130 townhomes. Construction on the homes is scheduled to start August 2019.

Vertical Construction Started at Global Commerce Park

Walls began going up June 6th on the first building in Global Commerce Park. Estimated completion of the first building is August 2019.
