In September 2017, Cothran Properties acquired approximately 50 acres of land in Fountain Inn to be developed as a residential community with 90 single family homes. The project is located close to downtown Simpsonville and approximately 30 minutes from downtown Greenville.
Grading and clearing started in September 2019.
