In March 2018, Cothran Properties acquired approximately 47 acres of land within the City of Mauldin to be developed as a residential community. 97 single family homes and 115 townhomes are planned for the development. The project is located on West Butler Rd and is close to Conestee Park and the Wenwood Soccer Complex.
In June 2019, logging and clearing began on the property and grading and utility work continued through 2020. As of February 2022, the pool and pool house are complete, landscaping is in progress, and the homes are under construction.
