Weston Blackwood is a ’97 graduate of Clemson University with a real estate background focusing on asset management, project management, and property management, which includes various portfolios of real estate holdings, including mixed-use developments, industrial, commercial and distressed assets. Weston has experience working in an owner’s representative capacity, dealing with general contractors from project inception to project completion. His involvement includes management of portfolios in excess of $100 million and direct sales coordination in excess of $10 million.

In the role of Asset Manager for Cothran Properties, Weston facilitates portfolio acquisitions and dispositions along with assisting in the management of the company’s current real estate holdings. He collaborates with land planners, real estate brokers, city and county administrators, and tenants to highlight and maximize the value of Cothran Properties to the community and thus to investors.

Weston is a native of the Upstate and resides in downtown Greenville in a renovated 1920’s Sears and Roebuck craftsman-style bungalow. He enjoys spending time with his family, Clemson football, and golf.
